  • Taxes: You are responsible for all applicable taxes, including sales tax, unless you provide a valid tax-exempt certificate.

6. Order Approval and Production

  • Order Approval: First, you must review and approve all design proofs before production begins. Approval indicates your acceptance of the design and specifications.
  • Production Timeline: Production timelines are estimates and may vary based on order complexity and volume.
  • Changes and Cancellations: For a buyer to change or cancel an order after it is placed, the buyer must first obtain Rydin’s written consent, which Rydin may decline for any reason. If Rydin agrees, a cancellation fee may be assessed. If for any reason, an order is cancelled or changed after signing a confirmation or submission of a PO, a cancellation fee will be assessed. Cancellation fees are calculated based upon our current billing rates and which stage the order is in with a minimum of $150 for a standard order.

7. Intellectual Property

  • Your Content: You retain ownership of all designs and content you submit. By submitting content, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use it for fulfilling your order.
  • Our Content: We own or license all website materials-text, graphics, and software- which intellectual property laws protect. You may not reproduce or distribute our content without written permission.

8. Data Collection

  • Satisfaction with Performance or Quality: If you are not 100% satisfied with the performance or quality of your product, we will reprint the product for you at no additional charge.
  • Claims for Returns: All claims for returns must be made within 30 days of shipment. No returns are accepted without authorization from Rydin.
  • Conditions for Returns: Rydin reserves the right to accept or reject any order. We are not liable for errors in formatting, size, color, spelling, or product layout if said error is present on product proofs issued to the buyer, unless the buyer informs Rydin of said errors in writing upon receipt of the proof.
