Rydin PermitExpress Cite is the companion App to RPE that allows seamless issuance of digital and printed parking citations.
If you enforce parking regulations by issuing fines, or warnings, your team can use Cite. The app is free and works on both Android and iOS allowing staff to use their phones or tablets to manage citations in the field. Cite is available for download from the Google Play Store or Apple’s App Store.

Violators will instantly be issued their violation digitally to the registered email address, and can conveniently pay, or appeal on-line. Cite streamlines your enforcement process and helps build an awareness of parking regulations.
Within seconds of completing the online registration, the driver receives an order confirmation email, and the order information is retrievable by you and your staff. Permit and Citations payments, as well as citation appeals, can be viewed in real time by a PermitExpress® administrator.
You can create an unlimited number of administrators at your institution, and only grant them access to the areas of the program that you want them to see, all for no extra charge. A common example at a school using PermitExpress® is there are administrators who are involved with issuing permits, but not citations, and vice versa. You can pick the appropriate level of access for as many administrators as you wish.
Need to dive into all the information that PermitExpress® collects, for analytical purposes? Use the Reports function to find the report you need, or create your own custom report. Each report allows you to export all the info to Excel, and take advantage of all the ways that Excel can sort, filter and customize information.
