How can I create an account on Rydin.com?

Simply navigate to the Log In/Register link located on the upper right corner of each page on Rydin.com. Click and follow the prompts to set up your account.

We can! Our experienced Art Department, along with our world-class manufacturing equipment, have the ability to match any Pantone color. Contact our Sales team for more information on how we can help match Pantone colors.

It’s easy to order from Rydin.com. We have several ways to purchase parking permit hang tags, parking decals, and other products.  We offer ready to ship pre-printed stock products, and custom parking permits and other solutions. You can design your own using our on-line design tool, or you can work with one of our permit experts 

If this is your first time purchasing from our store, just follow these three easy steps:


  1. Browse our products and select the item you would like to purchase or design. Or choose to reach out for help.
  2. For ready to order items, simply add the item you want to your shopping car.  For items that can be customized, select START FROM SCRATE or AVAILABLE DESIGNS, and create your product in the Rydin Design Tool.
  3. Register for a secure account and process your order. You’ll receive an email confirmation and your order will be processed.

Rydin’s new Design Tool allows you to quickly and easily develop a creative permit hang tag or decal.

Browse our products and select the item you would like to design.  Once you have chosen a specific product, select START FROM SCRATCH.

Yes- Your project can be produced with a special write on area using a product that is called Abrasive Ink.  This feature allows use of permanent ink (such as Sharpie brand pens) to write a name, identification number, or other information on tags.  We offer various size permits and other products that feature write on areas.  Work with your sales representative to learn more.

We offer several security features that can help make your custom permit even more secure.  To connect with a permit expert, please send in a Request a Quote or Send a Message form detailing your project needs, and a representative will be in contact with you.

Rydin’s standard production time schedule varies based on the item ordered. In-stock ready to ship items ship ground service within two business days.  Custom items generally ship ground service ten business days once your order has been approved.  Delivery varies on shipping service and location.

If your order is needed on a specific timeline, we can work with you to determine what accelerated schedule might be possible.  Alternate shipping options including next day air are available.  Please contact your Sales Representative to discuss shipping options.

Shipping is not included. You will be able to select your preferred shipping service.

Our website is PCI compliant, utilizing the latest security standards to protect your credit card information.

We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover Card, and AMEX When you are checking out, you will be prompted to enter your credit card number for payment.

  • Pricing: All prices are listed in U.S. dollars and are subject to change without notice.
  • Payment Terms: Payment is due at the time of order placement unless otherwise agreed in writing.
  • Taxes: You are responsible for all applicable taxes, including sales tax, unless you provide a valid tax-exempt certificate.

When you register for an account be sure to select your account type and industry. (Business, High School, etc.)

You’ll find the option to add a PO as method of payment at checkout. You can easily add your PO number and any other notes where indicated.

If your purchase will be tax-exempt, please upload your documentation in the “Tax Exempt” section under My Account.  

Your document will be reviewed and added to your account.  Once review, your tax exempt status will be updated and your billing will be adjusted appropriately.

We recommend the following technique / procedure to remove the parking permit decal or sticker from your vehicle’s windshield.

  1. Apply nail polish remover or rubbing alcohol to a cotton ball or rag, and then rub it on the decal (especially around the edges).
  2. With the straight edge of a razor blade or utility knife blade, lift one corner of the decal.
  3. Slowly peel the decal off the window. (Depending on the specific type of material of your decal, it will either come off in one piece or it will shear off. If it shears, please use the flat edge of the razor blade to remove the remaining parts of the decal.
  4. Once removed, wipe the window with the nail polish remover or rubbing alcohol to remove any remaining adhesive. (This is also a great way to prepare the glass for application of the new sticker.)
  5. Finally, because you wiped down the area, your new decal will have a nice, clean surface to stick to.
