Our team and their health is the most important responsibility we have during this time. We are going above and beyond the recommendations for safety to support our team, their families, and our customers. We have taken steps to set up remote capabilities for over 60% of our employees. For those that need to be on-site, we have adjusted production schedules, lunches, and breaks to minimize close contact with others. Our spacious facility allows us to easily follow social distancing guidelines by keeping work stations well over 6-feet apart and all on-site team members are wearing facial coverings. We are frequently sanitizing work spaces and common areas. Outside vendors are not allowed in our facility unless absolutely necessary, and only after being pre-screened. And finally, we have created and posted signage throughout the building to remind team members of the social distancing guidelines and all the other preventative measures we are taking.

This is a difficult time with a lot of uncertainty and rapid change. Our hearts go out to you and your families during this unique and challenging time. In an effort to support our customers and provide some flexibility, we are modifying our shipping process to accommodate our customers’ unique business environments. Every Tuesday, we are sending an email to customers with orders shipping out the following week to confirm their shipping address and to let them know that their order is scheduled to ship. This system has helped our customers make last minute adjustments to their deliveries and prevent their orders from being returned or held up at a UPS facility. We are also offering to hold orders or change the shipping address to a temporary alternative if the delivery location is currently closed to ensure a successful delivery. As always, your account representative is here to support you, answer questions, and address concerns.
Our sales staff is working remote and is available via telephone and email to assist you with your current and future projects.
